Abstract
Abstract We report an unusual foreign bodies in the form of small pieces of stones (gravel), about 1 kg in weight in the rectum of a five year old child, which were retrieved via transanal route. The case presents a brief note on the presentation and management of such unusual foreign body in the rectum of child.
