Abstract

Leprosy as a disease has been associated with mankind for ages. Leprosy a chronic mycobacterial infection has a long natural history with end results being debilitating and mutilating for the patient. Most of the cases of leprosy present with skin manifestations, involvement of peripheral nerves and peripheral neuropathy. Systemic involvement is extremely rare and is seen as reactions in patients suffering from lepromatous leprosy. We hereby present a case of Borderline leprosy presenting as pancytopenia.
