Abstract
Surgical treatment in unusual third molar positions. The widespread use of imaging techniques prior to third molar surgery has enabled professionals to have a better idea of what they will encounter during actual surgery. However the proximity of the nerve from the third molar is difficult to assess. During this presentation, I will show examples of both unusual, difficult to approach third molar presentations and lesions to the nerve during surgery.
