Abstract

We report a large post traumatic subclavian artery pseudoaneurysm in a young male patient who presented with ipsilateral brachial neuropathy. The patient was managed surgically using upper ministernotomy with supraclavicular extension when an attempt to endovascular repair was unsuccessful.
