Unusual cause of leg pain: Diabetic pyomyositis

It is important to have a high index of suspicion in such patients as the clinical presentation is usually vague and a delay in diagnosis can lead to significant morbidity and mortality. We present an interesting case of diabetic pyomyositis in a patient who presented with a history of painful leg.
