Abstract

This work deals about common questions of intermediary metabolism of the lichen Cladonia convoluta . By parameters as chlorophyll content, dry weight, structure of thallus and usnic acid content the lichen is characterised. Further experiences with respect to radioactive incubation, extraction, fractionation and chromatography of the labeled compounds are refered.
