Abstract

Flow of thin uniform Casson liquid film on an unsteady porous stretching sheet is studied both analytically and numerically. Combined effects of porosity, transverse magnetic field, thermal radiation, suction/injection, and thermocapillarity are considered for analysis. Results showed that the film thickness enhances with the Casson parameter, porosity parameter, Hartmann number and injection velocity but the opposite phenomenon is observed for suction velocity, thermocapillary and thermal radiation parameters. The behavior of the temperature field has been discussed with different physical parameters.
