Abstract

The use of colonoscopy for colon cancer screening, diagnosis and treatment has increased dramatically. We report on our experience with patients undergoing colonoscopy without sedation at a community based endoscopy unit. All patients undergoing colonoscopy by a group of 4 gastroenterologists were evaluated.
