Abstract
This paper investigates risk tolerance, risk perception and safety climate perception among construction workers. This is important because there is a significant risk to worker health and safety in the construction industry. Questionnaires were used to prove the general hypothesis that there is a significant difference between construction workers and managers, and the analysis was done using the SPSS software package. The results confirm the general hypothesis.
