Abstract

A 75-year old male patient presented with syncope. Echocardiographic and computed tomography scans showed an unruptured, partially thrombosed non-coronary sinus of Valsalva aneurysm protruding into the right atrium. The right atrium was displaced and compressed by the aneurysm (Fig. 1). Aortic valve replacement with patch repair of aortic root and three-vessel coronary artery bypass grafting was performed (Fig. 2).
