Abstract

Heusler materials demonstrate a broad range of properties usually for the vital and prospective high-tech concerns. In the current study, we have investigated transport, elasto-mechanical and thermophysical assets of Cobalt Heusler alloys. The exchange correlation potentials have been used to obtain the precise results for studied alloys. The steadiness in P–V graphical plot designates nonexistence of structural phase transition from cubic symmetry structure. The realized elastic considerations endorse that materials are elastically stable and hold ductile nature. The calculated transport parameters along with the ductile nature endorse the prospect usages of these alloys in spintronics and thermoelectric applications. Additionally, the precise calculation of thermophysical properties are also computed to explain the thermal stability of Cobalt based alloys.
