Abstract
This article considers the identification of the VUCA-world influence as a modern reality on the transformation of University on the example of Norilsk State Industrial Institute, its internal development space. The research relies on various methods: case-method, foresight, design method, depth interviews with the most important stakeholders, theoretical and empirical methods, logical and system analysis, methods of description, forecast and peer review. The theoretical basis of the study is the methodology within the VUCA-Prime strategy. The way to build the inner space of University development starts with the definition of reference points and development of university transformation mechanisms in conditions of VUCA world, which is a significant context of modern reality. This reality is characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity. The authors present a model that has the potential to reduce uncertainty and transform qualitatively the inner space of the University.

В данной статье рассматривается влияние VUCA-мира как современной реальности на трансформацию вуза на примере Норильского государственного индустриального института, его внутреннего пространства развития. Определение реперных точек и разработка механизмов трансформации вуза в условиях VUCA-мира, являющегося значимым контекстом современной реальности, характеризующейся нестабильностью, неопределённостью, сложностью, неоднозначностью, является способом построения внутреннего пространства развития вуза. Ключевые слова: трансформация университета, принцип неопределённости, VUCAмир, внутреннее пространство развития вуза, Программа развития НГИИ, фреймворк VUCA-Prime. В условиях динамичного развития и неопределённости мира следует рассматривать модель VUCA-мира как способ построения внутреннего пространства вуза, охватывающего человеческие ресурсы, процессы, технологии, структуры. Модель трансформации НГИИ Создание нелинейной модели трансформации вуза, а также внутреннего пространства его развития, отвечающего вызовам времени и реалиям VUCA-мира, является одной из ключевых задач трансформации Норильского государственного индустриального института (НГИИ). Для адаптации вуза в VUCA-мире, формирования пространства его внутреннего развития может быть использован фреймворк VUCA-Prime Б.
