Abstract
THE following appointments in the University of London haye been announced: Dr. Joseph Rotblat, to the University chair of physics tenable at St. Bartholomew's Hospital Medical College, from January 1, 1950 ; Dr. A. C. Cunliffe, to the University readership in bacteriology tenable at King's College Hospital Medical School, from October 1, 1949 ; Mr. J. L. Malcolm, to the University readership in experimental physiology tenable at St. Mary's Hospital Medical School, from October 1, 1949.
