Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of promising areas of university-business cooperation (UBC) based on the study of modern Russian and foreign experience. It justifies the relevance of the broad approach to the interpretation of UBC within which it is proposed to consider cooperation between universities and business not as a set of isolated transactions within a limited range of areas of interaction, but as a system of long-term mutually beneficial relations with a wide range of possible types of cooperation that can also include the state and community organizations. The article analyzes 14 types of joint activities of universities and business within four main blocks - education, research, valorization (knowledge and technology commercialization) and management, which can serve as a basis for developing a system of indicators for assessing the effectiveness of UBC. The conclusion is made about the need to adjust the state policy in the field of science and education in order to reduce the imbalance in the development of these areas of cooperation both in Russia and in Europe.

Обоснована актуальность расширительного подхода к трактовке сотрудничества вузов и предприятий, в рамках которого предлагается рассматривать сотрудничество университетов и бизнеса не как набор изолированных трансакций в рамках ограниченного круга направлений взаимодействия, а как систему долгосрочных взаимовыгодных отношений с широким спектром возможных видов сотрудничества, которые также могут включать государство и общественные организации. В статье проведен анализ 14 видов совместной деятельности университетов и бизнеса в рамках четырех блоков – образования, исследования, валоризации (коммерциализации знаний и технологий) и управления, которые могут служить основой для разработки системы индикаторов оценки эффективности кооперации вузов и предприятий. Построение эффективных отношений сотрудничества между университетами и бизнесом (УБС) позволяет получить различные преимущества не только на уровне отдельно взятых компаний и университетов, но также и на уровне отрасли и государства в целом. Ввиду этого представляется особенно актуальным провести анализ перспективных направлений кооперации университетов и бизнеса, а также выявить существующие барьеры и стимулы для построения эффективного взаимодействия
