Abstract
The research was designed to analyze the benefits of utilizing university-based hotel conference centers (UBHCC) as learning laboratories for hospitality management students. Additionally, the opinions of hospitality management faculty and UBHCC employees were researched regarding the learning laboratory experiences. The results of the study provided insight to opinions of the hospitality faculty and UBHCC employees and supported the thought that utilizing UBHCC as learning laboratories was beneficial to the development of future industry managers.
