Abstract

Current guidelines recommend universal prenatal screening to assess for pregnancies affected by substance use disorder (SUDP). The best screening method is unclear. We aimed to evaluate the efficacy of prenatal screening methods for SUDP at a single tertiary care center, specifically the characteristics of cases of SUDP that were not identified correctly during prenatal care.
