Abstract

A general dependence relating the mole interaction parameters of elements in alloys based on various metals is found using the theory of quasi-regular solutions. This makes it possible to estimate these parameters in alloys based on various metals according to the data for any base, for instance, iron. The adequacy of the model was checked by the recalculation (from an iron to a nickel base) of the mole interaction parameters and the mass parameters of the effect of elements on oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen and by comparing the calculated and experimental data. A significant correlation between the calculated and experimental data is obtained.
