Abstract

An active universal current-mode filtering circuit with three-input and one-output is presented which uses the modified second-generation current conveyor (MCCII/spl plusmn/s). The circuit requires two MCCII/spl plusmn/s, two CCII-s, two grounded capacitors, and six grounded resistors. Without changing the circuit topology, the output currents can realize lowpass, highpass, bandpass, notch, and allpass transfer functions. The proposed circuit enjoys high output impedance, low passive sensitivity and orthogonal tuning of the parameters /spl omega//sub a/ and /spl omega/dQ. A simulated result is obtained to prove the theoretical analysis.
