Abstract

We present a complete calculation of one loop QCD corrections to the Deep Inelastic Scattering (DIS) and Drell-Yan (DY) processes under various infrared and collinear singularity regularization schemes. We use our final results which have surprisingly simple forms in an analysis of the scheme dependence problem for these singularities. We also comment on some of the other proposals made recently for the resolution of the same problem.
