Uniqueness of a solution to the stationary problem of kinetics of growth of thin film of vapor phase on solid bases

Abstract

A mathematical model of many-layer adsorption is considered. Sufficient conditions for the uniqueness of a solution of the class of periodic functions are found. The solvability and the uniqueness theorems for the Dirichlet problem are established for sufficiently small values of a parameter. Bibliography: 1 title.
