An 82-year-old woman suffered from severe aortic stenosis and mild aortic regurgitation with porcelain aorta. She underwent apicoaortic bypass (AAB). Postoperative haemodynamic evaluation was performed using phase-contrast cine magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
