Abstract

A 15-year-old boy suffered a cerebrovascular accident with left-sided hemiplegia. The EEG showed right-sided suppression of vertex sharp waves during sleep. The posterior parietal and angular gyrus branches of the right middle cerebral artery were shown to be occluded by carotid arteriography.
