Abstract
We present a criterion for uniform rotundity of Musielak-Orlicz sequence spaces. In particular, we get a better characterization of uniform rotundity of Banach spaces l({ p i }), called Nakano spaces, considered by K. Sundaresan ( Studia Math. 39 (1971), 227–331.
