Abstract

At present, China government's environmental protection work is partitioned according to job category, such as total amount control, environmental impact assessment, pollution control, environmental survey, supervising, and monitoring. It is unavoidable that the same pollution source management is divided into different aspects. And aiming at the same object, there will be numerous kinds of data which are different from each other. It is also very difficult to implementing cooperative. For environmental information's integrated management, this thesis researches how to efficiently integrate environmental information and realize effective information management, query and application. It will be provide powerful technical support for environmental management and comprehensive decision. According to environmental information's spatial properties, the thesis puts forward a set of information grid code schemes which meet the application requirements in environment protection field. Based on the code scheme, it also proposes data relevance and query method which will help to finding out how to manage environmental data in a unified way. The research finding may provide technical basis for unified planning and sharing of environmental information.
