Abstract

Conventional multi-carrier code-division multiple-access (MC-CDMA) makes use of Walsh-Hadamard sequences to maintain orthogonality among users. We apply recently introduced unified complex Hadamard transform (UCHT) sequences as spreading sequences in MC-CDMA. The quadri-phase UCHT complex sequences are orthogonal and easy to generate. The system bit-error-rate performance is analyzed in frequency selective slow fading channels.
