Abstract
A moving average skip sampling technique is previously proposed by authors( Qu Zhihua and Zhang Qiren,1986). It seems to be generalised to implications for either a continuous system or a discrete one. From this point, an unified approach for continuous MRAC and discrete MRAC is given in this paper.
