Unicist Root-Cause Management of Adaptive Environments

Abstract

Unicist concepts and fundamentals define the root-causes of problems and are the root-drivers of solutions. They allow defining what is possible to be achieved and developing the maximal and minimum strategic actions and business objects to make it happen. From Aristotle, Kant, Hegel, Russell and others, in the philosophical field, to the empirical approach of Dr. Ishikawa in the industrial field, the problem of causality was faced trying to find the validity of the causality of things, on the one hand, and introducing the fundamentals of processes on the other hand. The unicist approach is an upgrade in the management of causality and problem solving that integrates a unicist ontological approach, which allows managing the root-causes of problems in complex adaptive environments. This approach simplifies the development of solutions based on the knowledge of the root-causes and avoids establishing goals that cannot be achieved through the knowledge of the limit causes.
