Abstract
Digital transformation necessitates the creation of business value or innovation using digital technology in every industry. Enterprises are facing an unprecedented business environment and competition for resources and market, which forces them to be more adaptive. Consequently, their Enterprise Information Systems must also be adaptive as so for Architecture Development Method. As a result, enterprises turn to adopt Agile and Lean approaches at scale, which requires architecture iteration and refactoring, or evolvability. In this paper, we propose a loosely-coupled, process-based enterprise architecture development method- Unicage – which aligns with Agile and Lean principles, complementing them with concrete technology architecture. The proposing Architecture Development Method especially fits for Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
