Abstract
Question: A 37-year-old man with a history of a choledochal cyst presented with intermittent abdominal pain and abnormal liver tests. He had undergone a cyst-jejunostomy as a child but had no other medical history except for frequent sinus infections. Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography revealed cystic dilatation of the intrahepatic and extrahepatic biliary tree, but the exact anatomy was unclear. Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography was performed as part of his preoperative evaluation.
