Abstract
Persistent diffuse uptake in the brain was seen on radioimmunoscintigraphy using I-123 labeled SF25 F(ab) 2 monoclonal antibodies in a patient with an adenocarcinoma of the breast. To the authors'knowledge, this is the first reported case of brain uptake in radioimmunoscintigraphy probably due to the degradation of the antibody into smaller labeled fragments
