Abstract

This paper addresses the issue of the external aspects of the didactic transposition of dietetics in two countries, France and Morocco. Our aim is to evaluate the continuity between social practices of reference and dietitian training between these two countries. To achieve this, we conduct interviews with four recognized dieticians (two in France and two in Morocco) and we collect institutional documents of the three investigated dietician schools (BTS and DUT in France, and Diplome d’Etat in Morocco). In particular, we model the social practices of reference as epistemic games. The comparison of these epistemic games with the prescriptions of the three investigated schools allows us to characterize the articulation between training requirements and the reference social practices.
