Abstract

Abstract. - The political crisis that destabilized Cambodia in the last 1990' s caused a new forced displacements wave in West and North. After settling again in camps along the thai border, the displaced persons were then repatriated to Cambodia in 1999. This last returning movement seems to have allowed the repatriation of families among provinces they had left about thirty years ago, but remaining numerous local and regional struggles contradict any long-term relocation.
