Abstract

Acute bilateral renal cortical necrosis is a very rare cause of acute renal failure which was mostly due to obstetrical causes in the 1970's. We report here for the first time a case of acute bilateral cortical necrosis associated with a paraneoplastic antiphospholipid syndrome.
