Abstract
The objective of the video is to create a patient-facing education video about how to choose a vaginal surgeon for surgical treatment of pelvic organ prolapse. Fifth-grade-level explanations of hysterectomy route, vaginal hysterectomy steps, complications, and convalescence are described using cartoon images. We believe that perhaps other vaginal surgeons and SGS will find this educational tool helpful when counseling patients.
