Students' interest in professions plays a pivotal role in shaping their career choices and academic pursuits. This scientific article delves into the pedagogical foundations that underpin the development and sustenance of students' interest in various professions. Drawing upon interdisciplinary research from education, psychology, and vocational studies, this paper explores the multifaceted nature of students' interest, its determinants, and the strategies educators can employ to enhance and sustain it.
