Abstract
The purpose of this research paper is to empirically examine the relationship between organisational career management, protean career attitude, and organisational citizenship behaviour for employees working in multi-national organisations. Data from 205 employees working in multi-national organisations located in Delhi, Noida and Gurgaon region are used to examine the hypothesised relationships. Structural equation modelling and moderator regression analysis is used in the study to analyse the research objective statistically. Results show that protean career attitude and organisational career management are significantly correlated with organisational citizenship behaviour. The result also indicates that organisational career management moderates the relationship between organisational citizenship behaviour and protean career attitude. The results of the study would help the organisations to work on career management aspects of the employees, which significantly moderates the impact of protean career attitude on the employees to ensure organisational citizenship behaviour.
