Abstract
随着历史的进展和社会的进步,人们对公共卫生基本概念的理解越来越深刻.我国在长期的公共卫生实践中对公共卫生基本概念的探索也经历了一个在认识上不断深化和在理论上不断升华的过程.与我国极其丰富的公共卫生实践相比,过去中国对公共卫生基本概念的探索和研究得较少.即使是从事公共卫生的专家,能够准确地理解什么是公共卫生的人也不多.我们的公共卫生学院讲授的基本上是预防医学,并不是真正涵义上的公共卫生。
