Abstract
The panel consists of four Human Factors professionals from industry and academia and one non-Human Factors professional. It is designed to help Human Factors practitioners in the industry and academia to understand the various career paths available to them. The goal of the panel is to raise awareness about the different roles Human Factors engineers can transition to after extensive experience as Human Factors practitioners. The panel also intends to raise awareness that transitioning to Human Factors roles with prior experience in other disciplines brings unique skills and perspective to the Human Factors discipline.
