Abstract

Abstract This paper describes the unique suite of undergraduate surveying courses developed and offered by the University of Southern Queensland. The courses were designed to meet the educational requirements of the three levels of the Surveying and Mapping work force identified by Hannigan (1990), and to provide efficient articulation pathways between them. The courses are offered in two modes, full-time on-campus, or part-time external, enabling students to select a course and a mode of study appropriate to their needs.
