Abstract

Abstract Approaches to teaching undergraduate health psychology are explored drawing on information gathered from a national survey and from an APA symposium. Data from the survey are summarized, followed by brief descriptions of actual courses reflecting a range of approaches. Finally, a hypothetical course which blends the dominant features of existing courses is presented as a mainstream prescription for current development of undergraduate health psychology courses.
