Abstract
Pankreatik psodokistler akut ve kronik pankreatitin sik gorulen komplikasyonlarindan biridir. Cogu psodokistler destek tedavisi ile spontan regrese olmasina ragmen, buyuk psodokistlerin cesitli komplikasyonlara yol acmasi daha fazla olasidir. Gastrointestinal sisteme spontan rupture olabilirler ve genellikle yasami tehdit eden gastrointestinal system kanamalarina yol acabilirler. Tedavilerinde cerrahi yada girisimsel drenaj prosedurleri gerekli olabilir. Pankreatik psodokistlerin komplikasyona yol acmayan spontan rupturleri son derece nadir olarak gorulmektedir.
