Abstract

Nonanastomotic bronchial stricture is a rare complication after lung transplantation. The aim of this paper is to report a case of stenosis of the bronchus intermedius after a bilateral lung transplantation for which both endoscopic laser and dilatation failed. We successfully carried out a bronchoplasty, and surgically implanted an endobronchial stent.
