Abstract

The article analyzes the relationship between tolerance for uncertainty and professional burnout among teachers.
 A study was made of the level of professional burnout and the level of tolerance for uncertainty among teachers of secondary
 education institutions. Most of the subjects are characterized by an average degree of reduction of professional
 achievements, an average degree of depersonalization, a high and extremely high degree of professional burnout.
 Teachers have an average level of tolerance for uncertainty. The study found that there is a relationship between the level
 of depersonalization and interpersonal intolerance among teachers. When comparing groups with different levels of tolerance
 for uncertainty, it was revealed that there are differences in the groups in terms of subfactors of professional
 burnout. Conclusions are drawn about the influence of uncertainty tolerance on professional burnout, which is significant
 in making recommendations for the prevention of professional burnout of teachers.
