Abstract

Nowadays, the concept of energy saving and water saving is deeply rooted in people’s minds, so it is necessary to promote efficient water-saving irrigation technology. Sprinkler irrigation is an efficient water-saving method, which is relatively uniform and does not affect the structure of the soil. It saves time and labor to irrigate fields, and has been used in more and more areas in China. The Internet of things technology is used to establish monitoring sites, collect and transmit water information, study and analyze crop fertilization and irrigation water volume, and achieve the purpose of saving water, fertilizer and labor. In test site traffic and sprinkler relationship between speed and pressure test, flow and in different pressure conditions were measured under different conditions of running speed, observe the fluid flows through the three links of pipe head loss and energy loss of the tee to the role of the internal pressure and axial force and other force, high stress concentration areas vulnerable to damage. The hydraulic characteristics in the process of water spraying are studied. The numerical simulation in this paper is completed by finite element software, and the hydraulic characteristics of the three-way pipe are analyzed by finite element to optimize the structure of the three-way pipe.
