Abstract
Knowledge representation can help us better analyze uncertain problem, which can help us make better make decision. Dempster-Shafer evidence theory attracted more and more attention due it can express the imprecise and unknown information. However, in most cases, the same information can be obtained from different angles. Quantum of mass function is the extension of Dempster-Shafer evidence theory, which can express uncertain information from two dimensional information. In quantum of mass function, uncertain information can be represented by using the Euler formula which can include phase angle and amplitude of information. Although quantum of mass function can better express uncertain information, there is less studies about how to measure uncertainty of quantum of mass function. The paper proposed the method of uncertainty measure which can consider not only amplitude but also phase angle of information. Based on the proposed method, some numerical examples are used to explain and discuss the uncertainty of quantum of mass function. Finally, there is the decision-making application to explain the proposed uncertainty measure method.
