Abstract

A liquid-helium-free quantized Hall resistance (QHR) measurement system has been set up at CMS (Center for Measurement Standards) in Taiwan. Such a scientific instrument can lead to cost-saving maintenance without an external supply of liquid helium. The instrument composition and system evaluation have been discussed. The relative expanded uncertainty of the QHR system is $0.06 \mu \mathrm{\Omega}/\mathrm{\Omega}, k=2$ for the $1 \mathrm{k}\mathrm{\Omega}$ DC standard resistor.
