Abstract
Abstract This paper purposes the uncertain risk management modelling for the bus body manufacturing supply chain which the principle company releases orders to the sub-contractors and suppliers. Automotive industries is familiar with supply chain production because of there are a lot of part to be produced in short time. Bus body manufacturing companies are performed as a supply chain in Thailand. However, uncertain risk can occur when different companies cooperate for making same products and sharing profits. AHP and FAHP methodology is adopted based on the concept of SCOR model in the boundary of risk management including 5 components; Plan, Source, Delivery, Make and Return. The empirical study has studied by the 6 companies.
