Abstract
The Regional Integration System called Union of South American Nations (UNASUR) contains elements that led to the creation of the same process and seeks to show the geographical characteristics, as well as the actors involved. Along with this, its historical process with the four formative stages, the treaties and agreements signed at each stage and of course, the challenges they faced in creating this system.
