Abstract

We read with interest the study analyzing England’s National Radiotherapy Data set and outcomes by radiotherapy fractionation in 169,863 patients with stage I to III NSCLC.1 The authors reported that moderate hypofractionation (55 Gy in 20 fractions]) is associated with worse overall survival (OS) compared with conventional fractionation (60–66 Gy in 30–33 fractions).
