Abstract
We report a case of bullous polymorphous erythema mimicking Sweet syndrome in a 34-year-old patient treated for refractory classical sclerodular Hodgkin's lymphoma treated with chemotherapy 10 days before the onset of symptoms, in whom the diagnosis of Sweet syndrome was strongly suspected based on the presence of several diagnostic criteria, but skin biopsy was in favor of bullous polymorphous erythema.
